On-Going Projects/Stage Cleaning
Most construction sites follow a three-stage cleaning schedule that consists of three cleanings, often known as rough cleaning, prep cleaning, and final cleaning.
The first cleaning,
the “rough cleaning”, usually occurs once the frame of a new building is up and the plumbing and electrical services have been installed. At this stage, cleaning services help prepare the site for the addition of flooring and walls, as well as for other fixtures such as cabinetry.
The second cleaning
is what is known as “prep cleaning”. This involves a heavy-duty cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as all of the appliances in these rooms.
The third cleaning
